Mr. Richard A. Oden is the Founder and CEO of Alexander AT' Ta Associates, Inc. (AAA), a certified  Knowledge Management business enterprise firm in Georgia. Specializing in Human Capital Asset Development, strategic consulting, and operational excellence.

With over 40 years of experience in business and government consultancy, he has successfully implemented transformative strategies that drive individual and organizational growth.

A former Chairman and CEO of Rockdale County, Mr. Oden currently serves as the Executive Director of Alexander AT'Ta Funds (AAF), overseeing key operational projects. Known for his practical expertise, coalition-building skills, and commitment to empowering human capital, he continues to shape effective strategies that enhance performance and sustainable success.

Mr. Willie Johnson is a Senior Sales Consultant  at AAA Inc, Johnson brings 24 years of experience in  IT and organizational advisory, helping businesses find the right solutions to enhance efficiency and security. 

With a strong background in IBM Information Security, Data Management, and AI, he effectively communicates complex solutions to clients, ensuring they receive the best-fit services for their needs 

With a consultative approach and a deep understanding of business needs, Mr. Johnson is committed to helping clients navigate their challenges and find the right tools for success. 

Ms. Kai Oden is a seasoned executive with expertise in government operations, public policy, and fiscal oversight of a $29.2 million budget. 

With over 14 years of experience in government, she has successfully developed communication strategies that shape public perception and influence policy decisions. Beyond her public sector expertise, Ms. Oden is a strategic leader passionate about organizational development, leadership coaching. 

Ms. Oden holds a Master's in Public Administration from Strayer University and a Bachelor's in Mass Communications from Clark Atlanta University. 

Ms. Imani D. Oden is the Executive Administrator for AAA|AAF.  With over 12 years of experience in customer service, administration, account management, project management, and project coordination. 

Oden's organizational skills enhance teamwork through her office management and bookkeeping. She has successfully led multiple projects that improved satisfaction. Her proactive approach and commitment to excellence make her an invaluable asset to the team.
