Richard Oden founded and established Alexander At'Ta Associates, Inc., in 1992 with an initial business model of offering training and speaking services to youth, community groups and churches to help at-risk and disadvantage youths to enhance their quality of life. As the business grew and developed, so did the scope and direction to take advantage of new opportunities in a changing market.
